When choosing SPB Stoneworks you are in charge of your memorial so you know you will be getting what you require. Also going direct to supplier means you are not paying any further commission costs.

What material should I choose?

When it come to choosing a memorial for your loved ones there is no better place to look then the cemetery or churchyard itself, This will give you a clear indication as to what you will be allowed in regards to sizes, shapes and material. You can also contact us and we will be able to advise you on rules and regulations regarding the cemetery or churchyard where your loved one is buried as well as supplying you with a free brochure and price list to look through.f charge.

How long will I have to wait for my memorial?

This will all depends on the material you choose, Most of the time the memorial will take 10 -12 weeks to complete but if its in stock then the time will be a lot less. The materials we use are of the highest quality and are sourced from all over the world so you know you are getting the best quality for your piece of mind.

Are there any addtional costs invovled?

The memorial cost is to supply & fix the memorial to Namm Standard (National Association of Monumental Masons) only. The other costs involved are lettering costs and permit costs. Lettering is priced per letter and we will be happy to help to advise you what lettering suits the type of stone you have chosen. The permit cost is a cost made payable to the Cemetery of Church where the memorial is to be placed. All the information regarding permits will be dealt with by us on your behalf at no additional cost.

How do I order a memorial or cremation tablet?

Once you have made your choice simply contact us via the contact form or phone and we will be more then happy to help. You can also arrange to have a home visit or arrange to meet at the cemetery or church where the memorial is to be placed. All paperwork is arranged by us and sent direct to you in duplcate one set to keep and the other to return to us.

What will my memorial look like, what inscription should I choose?

Every memorial will have a computer layout of how it will look comprising of the inscription any ornamention choosen and shape of stone. All this is done free of charge and layouts can be changed at any point until you are completely happy with your choice.

When do I have to pay?

All new orders will require a 50% diposit when sending back order forms and then remainder is payable on completion of work, you will be contacted with an installation date for your memorial to be fixed so you can choose to be present if you wish.

Can I add a picture or photo?

You can add any photo you wish to the memorial or even have the picture photo etched in to stone. Also choose any ornamentation to complement your memorial from are 1000’s of designs or if you have a particual character, badge or ornamentation in mind these too can be added to your memorial for that personal touch.

I Have seen a memorial I like can I have this in a diffrent colour?

You can choose any of the designs on the website or from are brochure and have them made out of any material or even mix and match diffrent stones to different bases again just phone or contact us.

What guarantee do I get with my memorial?
When ordering with us any new memorial once fixed has a 30 year guarantee and is fixed to the highest standard using NAMM fixing methods (National association of monumental masons) you will recive a guarantee with your invoice just keep it safe and if anything happens to the memorial just give us a call and we will put it right free of charge.
